Margaret Looses Her Young Lover

After smoking grass for half an hour, her first experience with any sort of drugs, Margaret was almost able to forget. It had been a long day, certainly one of the worst in her life, but for once she was doing something to counteract her dreary, depressed mood, rather than sit around moping.

The day had started well enough until she had lunched with Jim Hansen in the teacher's cafeteria. During the course of their conversation he had brought up John Stephan's name out of the blue, telling Margaret that her favourite pupil had backslid into his usual habits and was again in danger of expulsion.

Margaret had managed to preserve her cool, hearing Jim out without betraying a trace of emotion. The story was simple enough. Despite his improved academic performance the boy was in trouble again. It seemed that he had a girlfriend, another student at their school, a girl who was now evidently pregnant.

Margaret had heard the story out and then somehow managed to get through the rest of the day. She was supposed to meet John after class but had hurried home instead, having no intention of speaking to the lad again. His betrayal had ruined their budding relationship once and for all.

It was hard for Margaret to know if she was more disappointed or jealous of her young lover. He had never said a word about having a girlfriend, had never even hinted at it. It was a blow to her ego to imagine him wanting another woman, especially some pretty young thing from the student body. Why would he want some young slut when he has a gorgeous looking milf like me.

Once home, Margaret mixed herself a strong drink and tried to think of something to do with her evening. Anything was better than sitting home alone mulling over her failure, thinking about how John would neglect his studies again and how much she was going to miss his virile lovemaking.

Margaret had changed into casual clothing and gone out to take a walk. She had ended up outside a discotheque, the only one in town, watching the youngsters enjoy their Friday evening. Then, following an impulse, she had gone in and a few minutes later had struck up a conversation with a table full of high school students, none of whom she knew personally.

Two boys in particular had claimed her attention, Dexie and Roger. They had come to her table together, quite bold and unembarrassed, and begun to question the newcomer. Both boys were young and quite handsome, both had long stringy hair, ragged clothing and the look of young degenerates.

At Margaret's suggestion they had retired to her apartment. Once there, the two boys had pulled out a handful of marijuana cigarettes and offered them to Margaret. Distracted and unhappy as she was, Margaret had taken the grass gladly, hoping that it would have a numbing effect on her bruised emotions.

At first the grass had no effect on Margaret other than to make her thirsty but then she had felt herself starting to relax, to enjoy the two boys' company as well, fascinated by their argot, their clothing, everything about them.
