Feet Treat

Last month, my girlfriend and I discovered we both both get excited when we include our feet in our sex play. We started suck¬ing each other’s toes and could practically come doing just that. It was amazing. But after a few weeks of this foot play, she sud¬denly became very ticklish. So ticklish, in fact, that the moment I took even the tips of her toes in my mouth she found it unbear¬able and begged me to stop. Do you have any thoughts on why this happened and how we can get things back to the way they were?

Pleasure is very close to pain, and tick-lishness is balanced on the razor’s edge between the two. When such a distant erogenous zone is so charged that you can ‘practically come’ just from stimulating it, you’re playing with fire. Your girlfriend is having a powerful reaction to what most people would consider a mild form of fore-play. She probably didn’t expect to have such a strong response to foot play, and she doesn’t know yet how she feels about it. She’s excited and probably feels guilty or nervous about just how excited she is. Being overly ticklish is a way of opting out of the activity until she can adjust to her feelings. Even though you a/so had a strong response to having your foot stimulated, it might not have been as strong as hers. Or you may simply be better adjusted and prepared to enjoy whatever pleasure your body feels without guilt or shame.
